Catalyst closed on the land in December 2020, and quickly began site work and infrastructure for this highly sought after 55+ community known as Pottsgrove Hunt, which consits of 144 lots and is situated on 60 acres in Upper Pottsgrove Township, Pottstown, PA. The first group of lots were completed in fall of 2021 and sold to D.R. Horton who subsequently built the 1,558 - 2,100 SF single-family ranch style homes. Catalyst will continue to deliver lots to DR Horton through 2024. In addition to sitework and development insfrastructure, Catalyst managed construction of a 5,000 SF clubhouse building with many amentites such as a fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, walking trails and more.
