Cobb's Creek Renovation

This fully occupied center received façade renovations and a pad delivery for Dunkin Donuts, completely executed and managed by Catalyst Commercial Development. The center is located on Baltimore Ave and 58th Street and the renovation/construction began in June of 2014. The owner, Philacobbs Development, was awarded a RACP grant for this community-enhancement project. Catalyst managed all aspects of the project renovation and vertical construction.
