As a representative for 908 Commerce Drive Associates, LLC, Catalyst successfully managed the complete interior and exterior renovation of this building. The site, located on a coveted corner in Pottstown, PA was completely transformed and then fully leased to two new tenants. Catalyst coordinated all necessary zoning and permit applications, successfully petitioned for a sign variance with the local municipality, and oversaw all renovation construction. Additionally, they executed all leasing initiatives and negotiated build-to-suit landlord work letters, giving each new tenant a customized store. Today, Catalyst provides all aspects of property management, overseeing the operation of the property and its financials.
