The third of three impressive warehouses in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, this 251,250 square foot class A industrial facility was constructed on 20 acres of aggressive terrain with 178 passenger car parking spaces, 44 dock trailer positions, and 54 trailer parking spaces. This 36' clear building was constructed of precast concrete wall panels and structural steel frame in less than 11 months from groundbreaking to substantial completion. This project included significant utility relocations and widening of neighboring roadways for truck access.
