Catalyst put this property under agreement and quickly commenced due diligence work. Shortly thereafter, Catalyst began full civil engineering and land development efforts, and successfully obtained a conditional use approval for increased impervious coverage. Construction of this 36' clear height building with tilt-up concrete wall panels and structural steel frame was completed in under 12 months, and Catalyst also provided oversight for significant tenant improvements including construction of office space and food-grade facility enhancements.
