Catalyst put this property under agreement and quickly commenced due diligence work. Shortly thereafter, Catalyst began full civil engineering and land development efforts, obtained a conditional use approval for increased truck traffic, and successfully completed a comprehensive entitlement effort for all civil and schematic vertical design. When an Industrial REIT expressed interest in purchasing the deal, Catalyst negotiated a sales agreement. The REIT conducted a comprehensive third-party plan review and then closed on the property after a 45 day due diligence period.
