This project featured the dramatic renovation of a 1,900 sf building, which included tackling challenging site grades and structural issues to ensure a quality product was delivered to the tenant. Catalyst's involvement in the project included a comprehensive pro forma analysis, as well as securing the full capital stack through obtaining debt and equity. What was once a vacant, dilapidated space unfit for a credit retail tenant, is now a stabilized asset home to a strong Verizon Wireless operator.
